What size coaches does Starline have?
Starline offers a very diverse fleet ranging
in size from 14-27 passenger Luxury Minicoaches up to 36, 47, 50 & 56 passenger Luxury Motorcoaches. We
‘Right Size’ the coach in order to help you remain 'Right Sized' with your budget!
· How far in advance should I make a reservation?
We recommend you book as early as possible. Naturally, we support
last minute bookings depending on availability.
· Are service
gratuities automatically included in the price?
No.
However Starline is happy to negotiate with you and include a company service gratuity on your invoice if you so
choose. Most clients include an invoiced service gratuity of 10% - 20%. Starline intends the service gratuity to reward the level of service provided by the
company from the time you first contact us and receive a quote, as well as service during your charter and through the end
of service when you receive prompt billing.
Starline
knows that its customers expect and are happiest when they have received good quality service.
Generally, most of the company service gratuities received by Starline are allocated to the charter drivers as good
performance bonuses (less a small handling charge to offset costs incurred from collecting the service gratuity), unless the
driver ceases employment before you pay, unless the driver has put a dent in one of our buses, or unless we decide not to
distribute them to drivers for other reasons. Service gratuities in our bonus
awards program are also used to reward our employees for their good service to you by helping to fund company-wide employee
events.
· Is there a restroom aboard?
All of our full size and mid-size Luxury Motorcoaches are equipped with a restroom.
Our 14, 21 & 23 Mini-coaches do not have restrooms.
· Do you have DVD, VHS & CD Players?
Yes. All of our Luxury Motorcoaches have DVD and VHS players
installed for your use. Most also have CD/MP3 players as well. Please notify us in advance if your group requires
a VHS device and we'll do our best to accommodate the request.
· Do your coaches have wheelchair lifts?
Yes. We have wheelchair lift equipped vehicles in
every range of our fleet. From mini & midsize coaches up to full size Luxury Motorcoaches. Remember to request a wheelchair
lift equipped vehicle at the time you book your reservation.
· Do all coaches come equipped with a cellular phone?
Yes.
Every Starline vehicle is equipped with a Nextel cell phone with direct connect capabilities as well as local and
long distance service.
· Who pays for parking or driver’s room?
Starline covers driver
per diem. Customers are responsible for expenses such as driver’s lodging, park entrance fees, ferry fees and
parking fees.
· Can you have alcohol aboard?
Yes. Alcoholic beverages are allowed on board
Starline vehicles provided you have a valid banquet permit. Washington State
requires that the customer obtain a banquet permit from any state liquor store. (The cost of a banquet permit is
approximately $10.00)

What are Starline's
policies regarding payment or cancellation?
We require a major credit card at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.
If paying by personal check, payment is due seven days prior to departure. Credit cards are not billed until
one day prior to the date of your charter. Cancellations require a minimum of three business days notice in
advance of the date booked.
· Are your coaches air-conditioned?
Yes. All of our coaches
are climate controlled and are maintained on a regular basis.
· Do you do bachelor/bachelorette parties?
Yes. We require a $250.00 refundable cleaning/damage deposit.
· How do I contact you after business hours?
Starline Luxury Coaches is at your service 24 hour a day, 7
days a week with our Manager on Duty (MOD). Our MOD works exclusively for Starline Luxury Coaches.
